2017 SEUSKF Promotion and tournament results

Congratulation on all the winners and testers from GKA in the 28th SEUSKF tournament. All of the testers passed, and GKA is adding another sensei to the list. Please congratulate Wonsuk Jung sensei, on passing his 4th dan examination!

6th Annual GKA Taikai

Arai sensei and GKA cordially invite you all to the 6th Annual Georgia Kendo Association Taikai. We had our largest event last year with over 120 participants. We would love to keep improving to grow the event as the purpose of our Taikai is to promote the future generation of kenshi, and bring harmony within the Kendo community through a fair competition. We hope that you all can participate and have fun at the event!

In addition to the Taikai, GKA will also host a promotion exam from Kyu level to 3rd Dan.

2016 Annual Registration

Happy New Year!

It is time for the annual GKA membership, Regional Federation (Southeastern USKF), and All US Kendo Federation (AUSKF) registrations for 2016.

GKA annual membership is mandatory for all members.
Regional and All US Kendo Federation registration is optional. However, without regional and All US Kendo federation registrations, you are not eligible to participate in any events run by AUSKF and affiliated regional federations including seminars, tournaments, and promotional examinations.

Please be aware that GKA and Federations registration fees are not pro-rated. Regardless of the time of registration, one should submit a full registration fee(s) for that calendar year.

Please submit the Annual Registration Form along with the GKA Membership Application Form (please include your email and contact number) by February 13, 2016, to Mr. Paul Lee or Mr. Pop Kit (no extension of deadline). If you are registering for the first time, then you must fill out the Agreement and Release from Liability document.
